Morey is a pirate on The Flying Dutchman under command of Davy Jones. His appearance looks like a moray eel. He is a boss in the level "Maelstrom". In the movie, he was on the battle on Empress, seen kill a chinese pirate with his head. He fought against Hector Barbossa at the maelstrom. He was beheaded by Barbossa and died. In the game he has two swords.
He is a boss on the Maelstrom level in the handheld versions.
